Our breeders: Please note that our Silkie breeding rooster is a Gray Rooster. Assuming he is homozygous for the Silver Gene, (S/S), he will produce pure Gray Sons and Daughters when placed with our Gray Silkie hens, and sexlinked offspring when paired with our Partridge hens. Gray Rooster X Partridge Hen will create Gray daughters with sons that are Silver split to Gold (S/s+).
History/Breed Information

na+/na+ - The genotype for any bird with a regular neck. In other words, chickens with this genotype do not have a naked neck.
